CAS is New Zealand’s leading inclusive educational and inspirational event for the whole aesthetics community.

This year’s symposium will take place at the beautiful Cordis in Auckland, on the 16 & 17 May 2025. Optional pre-symposium workshops will take place the day prior on the 15 of May at the Cordis. 

Whether you’re are new to the industry, an existing practitioner, clinician or registered nurse – or simply looking to transition into clinical aesthetics – this event is for you. New Zealand’s only Clinical Aesthetics Symposium is the perfect opportunity for professionals in the aesthetics field to gain insight into the latest advances in the industry. The two-day multidisciplinary symposium provides an opportunity to network with other professionals and gain expert knowledge from leaders in the industry.

If you can no longer attend CAS, you can transfer your ticket to someone else as long as it’s at least 14 days prior to the event. A $50 admin fee will apply.  

  • Cancellations will incur an administration charge of $100.00.   
  • Cancellations more than 90 days prior to the event – 100% of registration fee refunded.    
  • Cancellations 90 days – 15 days prior to the event – 50% of registration fee refunded.    
  • Cancellations 14 days or less – registrations are non-refundable.   
    • We accept all major credit cards.  
    • Pay just $100 to secure your spot now, the rest is due by the 31st of March. You can log back in at any time to make a payment/s.  
    • Option to pay via invoice – payment is due within 7 days.

  • No, registrations will close the day prior to the event if not sold out earlier. Secure your registration today to avoid missing out!

CAS25 will be held at the Cordis, Auckland in the Great Rooms and Crystal Rooms.

Yes, sessions will be available to view in the event app to attendees for four weeks post-event. 

Yes, we have the Sip and Social event Friday night which is a fantastic opportunity for networking along with the Expo Village and spot prizes to be won! We will facilitate networking for people attending alone. 

Yes, one-day options are available to purchase.  

Other information

Select which pre-symposium workshop you’d like to attend during the registration process. These workshops are intimate and have a capacity. Register early to avoid missing out!
